What can cause candle tunneling and how do I avoid it?

Soy candles have a memory and once the first burn has taken place it will only melt as far as thi first burn, this will keep the candle burning evenly from here on out and will lead to tunneling. Let the candle burn for 2-3 hours or until the wax has completely pooled to the edges of the container for your first burn.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders will be processed the day after payment is confirmed except for Saturday orders which will be processed on Mondays. Same day delivery (for Metro Manila only) is accepted IF products are available except on Sundays. Below are the delivery timelines: Option 1: Next day delivery within Metro Manila Option 2: 2-3 days upon pick up by courier for a fixed rate within Metro Manila Option 3: 3-5 days upon pick up by courier for a fixed rate for outside Metro Manila *We are closed on Sundays so there will be no pick-ups and deliveries. All orders made on a Saturday will be processed on Monday.*
How much is the shipping fee?

Here are the different options for delivery fees. Days are counted upon payment confirmation: 1. Shipping fee to be paid by customer directly to the courier or customer may opt to book for courier service for next day delivery within Metro Manila. 2. Php 100 - 2-3 days upon pick up by courier for delivery within Metro Manila 3. Php 200 - 3-5 days upon pick up by courier for delivery outside Metro Manila *We are closed on Sundays*
